Opportunity and Key Features                             
•      Assets available Include (but are not limited to):

• Shareholding in a wholly owned subsidiary which operates as an aggregator of debt and equity investment products in the alternative finance market. 

The subsidiary is regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and holds permissions to carry on regulated activity and advise on certain investments. 

Please note that a sale of the shareholding will be subject to regulatory approval and the acquiring entity will be required to submit a change of control request to FCA. 

•      Intellectual Property Including the trading names, trademark, logo, website and Imagery

•      Office Equipment
